1. Agreement

By accessing or using Eccentric Agents ("the Service"), operated by Eccentric Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Eccentric Agents is an AI-powered productivity workspace that provides access to AI agents for business analysis, research, content creation, and workflow automation. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials are limited to 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI agents or models
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised users
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Resell access to the Service without written permission

6. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated by third-party models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI output.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data, including uploaded documents and chat history, is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
