• Usage data: chat messages, agent interactions, queries used, documents uploaded
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, session data

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process AI queries via our AI providers (third-party AI services)
• To manage your subscription and payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, usage alerts)
• To maintain security and prevent abuse

4. AI Processing

Your chat messages are sent to third-party AI providers (third-party AI services) to generate responses. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We select models and providers that do not train on user data.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Chat history, documents, and account data are stored in an encrypted database. Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted file storage.

6. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• AI providers (third-party AI services) — to process your queries
• Stripe — to process payments
• Cloudflare — for CDN and security

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data — request a copy of all data we hold
• Rectify inaccurate data — update via Settings page
• Delete your data — request account deletion
• Export your data — export conversations as PDF/CSV
• Object to processing — contact us to opt out

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Service to function.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Chat history retention depends on your plan (7 days to unlimited). Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
